Absolutely not. We will provide you with free advice and a no-obligation quotation. Our trained lift consultant will come to your home and discuss with you what kind of stairlift that is the best for you. They will talk to you about the installation process, and answer any questions you might have. You are under no obligation to purchase a lift after you receive a written quotation.

We offer a range of lifts, all of which are tailored to your specific needs which means prices vary. However we offer a free, no-obligation and consultation from a trained lift consultant.

Delivery of your stairlift will depend on the type of stairlift you have ordered. Our trained lift consultant will discuss and agree delivery and installation dates with you as part of the no-obligation quotation. Straight lifts are held in stock for fast delivery and installation. Curved lifts are a made to measure product and will be installed within 2 – 3 weeks of our survey.

Yes. We help many of our customers ‘future proof’ their homes so they can maintain their independence and continue to live in the homes they love.

In the event of a power cut all our domestic lifts are equipped with a battery back-up facility. This is included as standard with all our lifts and will allow the lift to gently descend to the lower level.

All our lifts includes a 12 months parts and labour warranty.
